Karishma Daswani lives in India and has a CIPD Masters in Human Resource Management from London.

She has been the school topper for 9 consecutive years, the Head Girl of high school and a recipient of the Principal's award for Best Girl of the School.

She has extensive experience in talent acquisition across 18 industry sectors.

Karishma started a global career portal for women after being mentored at the Cherie Blair Foundation, London and it was featured on the Foundation's website for exemplary work.
